30 sqm, 2 persons, attic flat with a view of the mountains and lake<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Studio 3 is a one-room attic flat with a view of the mountain and even the lake. The bed in Studio 3 can be completely retracted into the roof alcove during the day (not a foldaway bed but a regular double bed with high-quality cold foam mattresses). The \u201chidden bed\u201d creates a pleasant living room ambience during the day. This studio has a view of the mountains and even the lake, but unfortunately no balcony. We are only 100 metres from the shore of Lake Constance and the Lindenhof Park. It is a 20-minute walk to the island and less than 10 minutes by bike.<\/p>\n

Studio 4 is a 2-room flat with a terrace. Garden furniture, parasol and sunbeds are of course available. The studio has a natural wooden floor, kitchen, flat-screen TV, stereo, separate WC, shower, hairdryer. Three large terrace windows ensure a friendly, bright room.<\/p>\n
